On Feb. 18, the Beta Nu chapter of Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha Inc., Latin American and Caribbean Studies and the Organization of Latin Students, OLAS, held an empowering and informative workshop. The workshop entitled, “Know Your Rights, Know Your Power,” gave students all the information they need to know about immigrant rights, legal protections and resources available to them on and around campus.
