As of currently, there is a power outage in various parts of the first floor in Buley Library, which has caused the Help Desk Service Desk Staff to relocate to the fourth floor.
The reasons of the power outage are unknown and the phone lines are also currently unavailable at this time.
If any students, faculty or staff needs to reach the Help Desk, they can be reached in person on the fourth floor, over email, or a work form order can be submitted which is linked on the Help Desk website.
In an email sent by Gregory Paveza, he said the problem is being looked at and they are estimating it should be back on by 12 p.m. today. If the time changes, they will be back in touch with the Southern community.
