The men’s team held No. 1 ranked Southern New Hampshire University at bay for a majority of the first half. But the first goal against the Owls came late in the first half, and then was quickly followed by a second goal right before half time gave Southern a brief respite.

Though the determination was still evident on the faces of SCSU’s players and coaches as the second half began, they were outmaneuvered by the visiting team. Southern New Hampshire found the back of the net three consecutive times resulting in a final score of 0-5.
