Equipment: Large pot, Two bowls
Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
24 refrigerated cheese ravioli
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Marinara sauce
Directions
Pour about 1 inch of oil in a large pot and warm over medium heat. Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Dip ravioli into egg mixture, then coat in bread crumbs. Fry ravioli until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Allow oil to come back to medium heat in between batches. Serve with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
