Quick and easy meals you can make on a budget!
Serves 4 People
4 tablespoons butter
1 ½ C. Heavy Cream
1 ¼ C. Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
Salt and pepper, if desired
Cook pasta per directions on the box. Drain pasta, saving one cup of pasta water in your small container. Melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and half of the pasta water. Bring to a simmer. Add fettuccine and cheese. Season with parsley, salt and pepper, if desired. If the sauce thickens, add the rest of the leftover pasta water. And serve—with extra cheese of course!
