Hello Owls! Here’s a weekly roundup of what’s happened in Connecticut last week and what to look forward to on campus in the coming weeks:

  • As mentioned in earlier posts, COVID-19 continues to ravage Connecticut. There are now 100 towns considered red zones. MASK UP!
  • Speaking of COVID, the CT government has just released an app to aide contact tracing in the state. Visit the following link for more information: https://portal.ct.gov/coronavirus/covidalertCT/homepage
  • Connecticut’s Police Transparency and Accountability Task Force wants to hear from you! The organization is seeking young adult voices to compile recommendations to the legislature and Governor. Visit the link for a listing of their upcoming virtual listening sessions: https://www.ctpolicetransparency.com/upcoming-sessions

That’s all for this week, check back next week for more information on what’s going on in Connecticut.
